W3K Enterprise LLC, d/b/a DSC Rotables (“DSC Rotables,” the “Company,” the “Borrower”), is a Missouri-based commercial aircraft parts distributor specializing in “rotable” parts (parts which can be repaired and reused on other aircrafts). All parts are TAC-2000 certified.

Commercial aircraft are typically flown for 30 years or longer. During its service, each aircraft is required to comply with a rigorous maintenance schedule involving a wide variety of parts replacement.

The Airbus 320 Series is the most heavily used type of aircraft in the commercial aircraft industry. The Company is focused on securing rotable parts from aircraft within the A320 series which have the highest compatibility across the entire fleet.

DSC principals have professional relationships with maintenance facilities which are, in many cases, well over 20 years. This has enabled the company to identify attractive inventory acquisition opportunities and has resulted in a stable customer base.
W3K Enterprise, LLC, (the “Issuer” or “The Company”) issued $750,000 in Senior Secured Notes (the “Notes” or the “Security”) to fund the acquisition of four A319 Aircraft for teardown and sale via consignment.
