• Rehabilitation Support Services, LLC (“RSS), founded in 2005, develops and distributes alcohol and other drug (AOD) abuse-related technology solutions for use by the addiction treatment and criminal justice communities.

• RSS was formed to act as a Service Provider in the sales, installation and call center support of the “SCRAM” continuous alcohol monitoring product manufactured by Alcohol Monitoring Systems, Inc. (“AMS” -- see www.alcoholmonitoring.com) of Denver, Colorado.

Rehabilitation Support Services, LLC, (the “Issuer,” “The Company,” or “Borrower”) issued $1,730,000 in senior subordinated convertible debentures (the “Debentures”) primarily to finance the acquisition of the SCRAM ankle bracelet and modem devices from AMS.
